Las Vegas is the largest city of Nevada and is located near the California and Arizona borders. It is known as the “Entertainment Capital of the World.” This city is mainly popular for its casinos, nightclubs and some world famous monuments such as the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam. Apart from these, there are a number of amusement centers, theme parks, and mega resorts that are worth visiting. Hence, Las Vegas welcomes a huge tourist crowd every year due to its innumerable attractions. Though Las Vegas is normally a holiday spot preferred by the younger generation, there is no age bar when it comes to vacations. Hence, there are special Las Vegas senior tours that are organized for the older people so that they can have a memorable experience of this city too.

Las Vegas senior tours offer various discounts for seniors on hotel accommodations and airline tickets. These tours are specially designed for the older generation and hence, the spots to be visited in Las Vegas are decided keeping the older people in mind. Most of the senior tours in Las Vegas head towards the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam, as the former is one of the natural wonders of the world and the latter is amongst the seven civil engineering wonders of America. These tours are generally bus tours that take the Lake Mead cruise while visiting the Hoover Dam. They involve minimum adventure, as the age of the passengers has to be taken into consideration. Most of the senior tours include one time meal, that is lunch or breakfast. Along with the meal, some of these tours also offer free entry into the Grand Canyon National Park.

Most of the buses provided for senior tours are modern motor coaches that give the elderly tourists all possible comfort and leisure during their tour. Las Vegas senior tours are a very good option for elderly tourists who also wish to experience the fun of Las Vegas like their children.

By: Steve Valentino
